I had a satisfactory experience at Babylon International. The room I stayed in was spacious and well furnished. The dinner at their bar was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was polite and courteous. I would recommend this hotel.

A nice base for exploring Raipur. Drive in restaurant, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. We enjoyed babylon international.

The decorations were great, especially the Christmas tree in the lobby. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub in the wellness area, which was a great bonus after a long day of traveling. Also, the location was very convenient for accessing local restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was not as great as we were expecting, with limited options and cold food. Additionally, the noise level in the hallway after midnight was high, which made it hard to sleep. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very responsive to requests during peak periods, leading to less than satisfactory service.

The best aspect was the quick response of the housekeeping staff to settle the hot water problem after I called them. The breakfast served was delicious, and the dining staff provided an exceptional service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the room service staff was exemplary.

Maintenance was also inadequate with low-quality furniture and broken appliances. The room lacked basic amenities which demeaned our experience.
